Stomach cancer에는 크게 3가지 치료법이 있습니다. 첫번째는 ESD(Endoscopic submucosal dissection)으로 내시경으로 진행하는 것 입니다. 두번째는 surgery로 open 또는 laparoscopy로 진행할 수 있습니다. surgery는 크게 subtotal gastrectomy와 total gastrectomy로 나눌 수 있습니다. subtotal gastrectomy는 bilroth 1, bilroth 2, Roux-en-Y 등의 방법이 있습니다. 세번째는 chemotherapy 입니다. distant metastatsis가 있을 때 시행합니다.
